WHY PUT GAS IN WINDOWS

WINDOWS: WHAT IS LOW E & ARGON GAS?

Answer:

Low emittance or low "E" glass is a special coating used on the glass of newer windows, to stop some of the solar rays from getting into the home or building. The coating reflects heat out in the summer and  back in, in the winter. It also help to keep the window clear of moisture.
